The creatures felt the floor vibration and it gurgled a bit with fear. It backed into the corner rattling its tail like a snake as a warning but obviously was too injured to strike.

It crawled slowly to him, due to its large weight it rested it head on Kai's lap and its gurgles grew quiet until stopping and it breathed calmly.

The alien huffed as if it needed something also but for now had to sit and just hope for the best.
Meanwhile Zaida pushed many furs out of her way giving no regrets. She returned to Garrison's home. "Every fur! Clean now or face consequences!" She roared as the drones ran about cleaning the ball.
