Ray closed his eyes, and continued to struggle, shaking his head.

Acon sighed and pulled a wet rag from her pocket. "Ray, does this smell like chloroform to you?"

Ray began to slow in his struggling. His eyelids drooped, as the high-potency sedative took affect.

Acon sighed and nodded with satisfaction, picking Ray up to head back to the academy.

Acon smiled down at Ray and kissed his forehead.

The mask slid from Ray's face, revealing the two scars running down his cheek.

Acon sighed and gently brushed a finger over the scars. "Ray..."
