Ray furrowed his brow. "Uh..she's with that Josh child. The one she brought over the other day."


Ronnie poked his head into the apartment. "You want me to go get her, A?"

"I-if i didn't... Didn't start t-that... Argument, I m-might have been able to... To- to..." Mag teared up. "I'm s-sorry."
Josh sat next to the sleeping Con, before slowly laying down next to her.

Acon looked to Ronnie and nodded. "Could you? That'd be very helpful."
She leaned over and hugged Mag. "It's fine. There's nothing you could have done, Maggie. This isn't your fault at all."

Ronnie nodded, and drove off to collect Con. He made sure that he drove over Alice's ashes, scattering them into the sky.

Con woke and hugged josh as he eased himself down next to her. "Good morning."

Josh gasped and smiled. "Good morning." He said with a giggle, turning to kiss her.

Con smiled and returned the kiss.

Ronnie pulled up to where Con was spending the night, and knocked on the door.

Con jumped and sat up. "Somebody's here." She quickly jumped out if bed and put on her shoes.

Josh sighed and stood up. "I'll be a minuet." He walked downstairs and opened the door.

Con lightly padded down the stairs to see what might be going on.

Ronnie smiled. "Hey there, champ. I'm Ronnie. Con's...mm...uncle. Acon sent me to pick her up." He turned, trying to spot Con. "She awake?"

Con scowled. "You!" She ran down the rest of the way and stood behind Josh. "I'm not going anywhere with you."

Ronnie raised his paws. "Whoa whoa whoa. Calm down there little miss. I'm just ferrying you back home. There's been...well...trouble. Acon sent me to collect you."

Josh put his arm behind him defensively. "You heard her... Please leave mister Ronnie."
