Ray sighed, and stood. He walked around the apartment, thinking of answers to this question. Ray didn't trust HAL as far as he could throw him, and that wasn't very far. He kept an eye on HAL as he paced.

Acon left the hotel after a while and headed back to her apartment. She did as she promised and left Hewitt's wallet, but took all his money and his shoes. She smiled to herself as she went up the stairs to her home.
