Spinach, I heard that it tasted like sour water - so I never bother to gave it a chance based on the rumors. One day at Subway when I ordered the sandwich I forgot to ask them to remove the Spinach, so I decided to give it a try, it turned out to taste very good - now it's my favorite vegetable
