"Sure" I smile.

[Rayleonarde]

*I take his paw, and make a small laceration on the back of it.* "Sorry...I want to see it in action."

[Long gone otter]

Data:
"Ow... That hurt" I watch as the wound slowly heals.

[Rayleonarde]

*I watch the wound close.* "Wow...that's amazing." *As the wound closes, I lean forward, paws folded.* "Now...there's one other thing."

[Long gone otter]

Data:
"What is it?"

[Rayleonarde]

*I clear my throat.* "If there was someone who would ask for your hand, would you give it to them?"

[Long gone otter]

Data:
I raise an eyebrow. "It depends who that person is..."

Lotty:
I lean in closer to the cupboard door, trying to hear more of the conversation.

[Rayleonarde]

*I raise my paw.* "It's just a question, Data.  There's no meaning behind it." *My ear twitches, as the cupboard squeaks quietly.*

[Long gone otter]

Data:
"Well I suppose if i loved that person..."

[Rayleonarde]

*I clap.* "Excellent. There's your answer Lotty!"

[Long gone otter]

Lotty:
I shuffle back, going deeper into the cupboard. I hold onto Felicity tighter.

Data:
I look at Orion, confused.

[Rayleonarde]

*I shake my head.* "Nothing...nothing." *I gesture over to the cupboard, silently.* "Well, that was it, Data. I don't have anything left to talk to you about. Come and see me if anything else develops.*

[Long gone otter]

Data:
I slip out of the seat and silently make my way over to the cupboard. I hesitate for a moment before opening it and inside i find Lotty cradling Felicity. I smile at them.

Lotty:
I try to hide my face, which was now blushing.

Data:
"You know... You could have just asked." I offer to help her out.

Lotty:
"That's... Y-your job." I stay huddled in the back of the cupboard.

[Rayleonarde]

*I stand up, and I walk silently walk out of the lab.*

[Long gone otter]

Data:
"Fine then... But first you have to come out of the cupboard."

Lotty:
I nod and use the hand offered to climb out if the cupboard.
