NBC stands for Nuclear/Biological/Chemical warfare. AKA, stuff you really don't want to get on your face...

Wich, means that I actually brought out a little bit of a faulty statement, being that NBC weapons aren't actually "illegal". Only "Weapons-of-mass-destruction" are. So, that rules out nuclear bombs, zombie virusses, and all that nasty stuff...

I wish wars were fought with stuff like that.

That soldiers would be firing squirt guns at each other, and that launching butter would be considered one of the nastiers means of warfare, instead of chemical clouds that melt your skin off...
