Did find and catch a shiny Tauros earlier today tho. I actually wanted Miltank, but a shiny is a shiny, so I'm ok with that.

I've got 27 in Moon, 10 in Alpha Sapphire and one in Soul Silver. Also had one in Spphire and another in Firered. Would also have had one in Platinum, but I did a derp and didn't catch it >->'

I've only met one shiny (it was a random encounter, horde encounter to be exact) But i accidentally killed it, it was Mime Jr.
The only other shinies i've ever gotten has been through either trades, or encounters which are bound to be shiny every time

The one I lost was a Raticate. I had saved right before encountering it, so I thought "If I restart and go for a different pokemon, that one will be shiny!". So I just restarted. Next one obviously wasn't shiny. Then I realized my mistake and spent the rest of that day feeling awfully stupid.

Yup. ^^ Hopefully they'll give out the other Tapus at some point as well. They look awesone as shinies.


Also been wonder trading like crazy in hopes of getting a Marshadow. Sure, it's guaranteed to be hacked, but  who knows how long we'll have to wait until they decide to hand it out for everyone? >->'
