I like how it looks, it just needs to be smoother and maybe some other touch ups..... like wynters avatar and im willing to pay for it if it is exactly to my liking

Since your probably new to commissions I'll have you know that you have to pay money upfront, there is no "pay if you like it" deal.

I would suggest checking some artists out on furaffinity or deviant art, character heads are normally fairly cheap depending on the artist.
