Blinded In Chains

[Lokyar Brightmane]

Lokyar stepped up yet again, noticing that they slowly approached Aerrow with their moves.

"Then we fight together. I will not let you fight alone. I CAN not let you fight alone... You, Kitane, came to mean much to me. I WILL NOT HAVE THAT TORN AWAY!!!!"

Lokyar switched into a more combatative stance, Ox Flattens the Crops.

[Kitane Blackfyre]

She shakes her head slightly. "As long as you or the others don't get hurt. I can't allow that." She hisses. In an instant, her and Aerrow are locked in fierce combat, snarls and very well placed German emitting from either of them.

[Cifero Windtail]

Zephyr nodded as he watched the fight. She's doing good, he thought. She has a definite chance of winning this fight... but what of the emotional toll?

[Lokyar Brightmane]

At the same time Kitane rushed in, Lokyar ran behind Aerrow, making him have to defend behind him at the same time, or suffer mace or sword.

Lokyar deliberately put himself at a disadvantage; he did not wish to KILL Aerrow, he only went for incapacitations.

[Kitane Blackfyre]

He hissed, swinging his left leg backwards and squarely hitting Lokyar in the chest and knocking him back several feet. His and Kitane's fight starts in the air now, both of them having wings.

Zephyr facepalmed himself and pulled Lokyar out of there, tying him up. "NO!" he whispered loudly. Looking up, he watches the battle more. "C'mon, you've got this, Kitane..."

[Lokyar Brightmane]

Lokyar went limp as he was bound, all the blue vanishing from his body and his mace. Suddenly, the ropes began to smoke, and they burnt off revealing he had focussed his energy under them. The places where the ropes were being burnt down to the bone, he leaps up from high object to high object, trying to get the height to help in the battle.

((Did you take my mace? And I refuse to let Kitane fight alone if I can justify it, and I already said my energy causes intense heat. Only problem is, I also said they cause intense self-harm if I focus too heavily, so...))

[Cifero Windtail]

(WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!)

Zephyr facepalmed himself. "He is going to end up dead someday..."

[Kitane Blackfyre]

She could see Lokyar from the corner of her eye, but she was too focused. Both swung their sword at the same time, the gears in her sword catching onto his blade and stopping his. "I have modified my weapon so that I could match yours someday. I have." She smirked. Shoving him back, she goes higher, diving towards him with her blade ready to swing. He goes to block, but she knocks his scythe away with her tails. Sheathing her sword, both of them land on the roof, leaving a large crater. The fighting continues as the dust settles, both of them swinging swords now.

Zephyr widened his eyes. Jesus....

[Lokyar Brightmane]

Lokyar jumped from post to tree to post, all the way back to the roof. Realizing Zephyr had taken his mace, he jumped in there with the style he used from birth. Hand to Hand. He could and had matched armed opponents with his techniques... All he needed was one good strike. One unblocked hit to end the fight.

...He wasn't getting it.

[Kitane Blackfyre]

With a forward thrust of her sword, she knocks his away and over the edge of the roof. Now backed against the ledge, and panting heavily, she points the blade at his throat. He was breathing just as heavily, his crimson gaze staring into her white/silver eyes. "This something that is not easily won. This is merely the beginning." He hissed.

"You're right. I know you're a better fighter than this." She growls, moving her blade away from his throat. She back up several feet, allowing him to reclaim his scythe.

[Cifero Windtail]

Zephyr smiled. Great job, Kitane. You showed him.

[Lokyar Brightmane]

Lokyar backs off as Kitane wins the fight. But when she backs off to let him pick up his scythe, Lokyar cannot remain out of it.

"Kitane, what the hell? You don't let your enemy pick up a lost weapon!"

He stands by Kitane, letting him reclaim his weapon, but prepared to help fight, yet again.

Zephyr put on his cloak, then placed a hand on Lokyar's shoulder. "He'll leave," he said. "For now."
