She could do nothing but mumble out, "I overdid it..." before slipping unconscious.  Her skills hardly encompased what she'd just done, let alone her physical strength.

Mawz watched as Shadis went into his shadow form. Though he knew he couldn't or wouldn't respnd, he whispered... "You really trust yourself well enough to do that with me around?" He fell into the rock, popping out in the top of a nearby tree.

[I didn't turn into a Shadow on purpose. Im bleeding out and lost conciousness and turning into a Shadow unconciously. This is the part when you realises you have a heart and you pull me back up Leiton  XP  Lol, jk. But really, I need help  XD ]
