IMO if your fursona is a predator then at the very least you should be ok with carnivores.

Haha, trust me, everyone here is quite very accepting! Just act yourself and have fun. Myself I could never be a vegetarian, I'm way too attracted to meat.
Also, I love animals as well, especially foxes

Anyhow, back to the subject, there are a lot of different kinds of people from all over the world here. You shouldn't have too hard to fit in

As a pescatarian (seafood+vegetarian stuff) with a carnivorous fursona, I think this is kind of silly.  That my fursona needs meat is a fact of his biology, just as him having fur and a strong sense of smell are, and my RL diet is a choice based on the fact that RL I'm a member of Homo sapiens, not Canis lupus.  Should I not shave at all because my fursona has fur?


Anyway, to the OP, don't worry, there's no dietary requirement for being a furry.  Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, or make you feel unwelcome because of it.

I personally find vegetarianism to be quite unnatural, I mean humans (at the end of the day we ARE human!) were meant to eat both meat and veggies...it's the natural circle of life and all that jazz. you don't have to be a vegetarian, eat what you want!

Yep, just like everyone else has said. It doesn't matter, my fursona is a horse, a strictly herbivorous animal, but me- I'm not a vegetarian in the least. It doesn't mean that I don't love animals, and it doesn't mean that I don't really connect with my fursona, because I really do, but humans are omnivores and that's just how I prefer it. When I roleplay, Jovi is a horse so she doesn't eat meat, but I also have other characters/fursona's that are carnivores and eat meat happily.

i agree! though i am a picky eater! i dont like cooked tomatos or cheese, and i sure dont like pizza! but i love sweet chilli and natchos!!

I think furry's are some of the most accepting people out there, and if i read the responses, most of them are meat eaters too.
