Uhh... My grandparents live in SW area of England. I've been to theirs plenty of times over the past 16 years of my life to know that's the most calm area I know of. I've been to the SE, S, NE and I know plenty of people in the northern areas to get the just of things. The SW is actually the most calm I've been to.
