For mucus:
Boil 1 cup of water and add about a tablespoon of honey, along with a tablespoon of 100% lemon juice. Stir until honey is dissolved. Drink when it cools down enough for you to tolerate but while still warm. Drink as many as needed per day. Along with that, drink plenty of water every day.

For Fatigue:
Rosemary. Drinking a glass of rosemary tea will increase blood flow to the central nervous system, and trust me, you'll feel the effects...
