Felt is good.  I got lucky and got to use leather.  was a pain to get that good enough for me but I think the paw feels a little more realistic.  Felt would have been easier

Rubber is really hard to sew unless you has a uber sharp needle that could kill  :o

Im hoping thats what mine will cost, the gloves and body shouldnt be more than 75$ max and Im hoping the head will be around 300 dollars
