Even though I deffinetly have my criticisms about my country, the way it runs things, and the living environment really isn't something for me, I can't help but feel a fair share of patriotism.

I think countries are fine, amazing, even. But I'm just really not happy with all the rules, taxes, conflicts, and politics that come with them.

Sure, I get that with this amount of people living together we need something to orchestrate and keep everything together, but a lot of the times it just goes to far, and conflict is just a waste of time and souls over diplomacy.

That I agree with. I guess counties are okay but the governments have a bit too much policy freedom. I'm just saying we should have some political organisation above the governments, preferably with very smart people making the rules.

I mean, one example would be CO2 emissions, which most countries agree are a problem. And then there's US that's like "hurr durr not true we won't do anything".

And also there would hopefully be much less conflict then as well

But yeah, personally I feel like wars are already being fought more on paper, with the theoretical capabilities of stuff each country designs, rather than for real. But I dunnah. I'm no expert. I just fly virtual aeroplanes and stuff...

And it looks funny as hell when you try to take off rom an aircraft carrier via catapult and forget turn off the parking brake! (The result is a great big splash off the bow of the boat)

Or casually making your approach visually, because the ILS don't work for somes stupid reason, before realising you've just touched down on a Russian carrier instead of your own!
