Well, yes, but the effect of doing so is to reduce the impact of loss of blood to neurons.  So by being administered soon enough to head injury victims it could radically improve there general recovery and surgical options.

Well, first would be the fact that there's already plenty of "Magical/super human" SCPs. The community is already tired of that sort of thing and would most likely downvote it right off the bat. Plus when I was starting to write it, I realized I was focusing more on the harshness of the tests the Foundation was doing to figure out how their abilities work. It's something that would work better as an SCP lore thing than an actual SCP, IMO.
