Well... Basically I learned about the fandom, decided to join and decided to join the forum in the span of 24 hours so that's a good day to celebrate

Almost the same for me. Been a fan of anthropomorphic animals for a long time, knew about furries for years but refused to officially join the fandom for the typical reason, but after doing more research I finally decided to join, then immediately searched for furry forums and joined this one.
So on April 23rd, I'll officially be in the fandom for eight years.
