Actually I used to do that with our chickens when i was little all the time XD


I'd hypnotize them then leave them on their backs on the kitchen table for my Mum to find.

It's quite simple, you catch one and lie it on its back.  Then stroke it with a finger from it's neck down it's body repeatedly (like 20 times).  Then just back away slowly.


They stay awake but barely responsive until startled.

Not even the little petting zoos, wich are plenty around here, have chicken running around loosely, they're all in cages...

I have never tried it with other birds, but I wouldn't be surprised if it only worked on chickens.  They are a special kind of birdbrain.
