my current job where I work for myself -
I make make and sell deep fried foods to sell every saturday at a market
we take orders as they come and make the food on order, in the summer there can be a 40 minute wait
the deep fryers are always going out or the oil's not hot enough

I would think running a snow cone stand would be way easier :O
