When an artist works 6 hours on your commission and you only give them $30, I feel pretty terrible. I would rather overpay than let that happen.

A bust then, that would be anywhere from $10-$25, but only because you are new and not much of anyone knows about you yet. If you push for more than $15 you might get some anger, so be careful. You have to work your way up.

That's another admin sort of question, donation incentives are usually welcome, just don't put yourself in an auction for 20 donators looking for a quick commission
