I don't like Sci-Fi games, so Mass Effect was never in my interests. I should re-phrase that, but I like technology modernistic types like Deus Ex. As long as the weapons haven't become new creations that look really bizarre "plasma" and "laser" only kind of thing.

White: It's not a blue screen either since the computer doesn't restart. The whole thing is frozen so I can't alt+tab or ctrl+alt+del out of it either. Only solution I've found is a hard reset.

Could be that your computer is overheating or there is not enough power in the machine to function properly. You might need to look into the computer to find out what power supply you have (400W or less, I would consider an upgrade) and if there's no direct cooling mechanism for the CPU on the motherboard, you need to get something that will like the Corsair H60/80/100

The only reason texting started to cause deaths and accidents is because people don't know when to text while driving, or they don't know how to look up to keep checking the surrounding environment. That's okay though, I'm used to people screwing everything up for everyone else.

White: I'm playing on a laptop *shot* put on one of those weird laptop-cooling things (and that's about as much as I can do.. No point in putting makeup on a pig, so to speak.) so overheating shouldn't be a problem, and the game has been working fine before (Before I even played on another laptop that could -hardly- run the game at all. That one overheated and stuff so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue here.)
This one is strong enough to run the game smoothly even on the higher settings since the game is "getting old" and this laptop is still fairly new.
So I just don't understand -why- it has suddenly decided to start acting up x-x
