There was a long period of time where there was a "users" versus "staff" kind of problem back in 2008-2009, I wasn't here for the first half, but it was still pretty bad. I wasn't even in staff until ~2011, but I still used that "report to moderator" button like almost everyday, even still today if I'm stuck in work for some reason. "Meet the staff" was created to fix the problems created from the color of someone's name changing, and keeping it that way when a year down the road, a lot of your associates have long since left the forum. Most of everyone I "started with" are long gone and only about 4 or 5 are left that are still "somewhat active".
