I used to go to this arcade where you can play Steam games on these amazing PC's. Most often, I'd play Team Fortress 2 with my brother. Since I didn't have my own account back then, I'd use the ones that you automatically get signed into if you don't sign yourself in before clicking a game. To be able to contact my brother, I had to change the name of the account to something really unique that only one person on Steam had, otherwise it'd be impossible to make contact. I chose the name "BillyBob JoeGeorge" after compounding the four least relevant names I could think of. I used this name every time, and when I did eventually make my own account, I kept the name cause it was what I was used to.
That's the origin of this name.
MY NAME used to be Ryan. I used to just use it freely everywhere, but my parents had a new baby
and they named it Ryan.
I had previously had named my character (whom I don't use anymore; net personas are for cowards.

) John, but coincidentally my brother changed his name to that, I think it was to break his connection with my father's side of the family.
At that point I just ragequitted from the "having a name" scene, and just started using my Steam name wherever I go, and IRL letting people call me whatever they think my name is. (boy is that an adventure sometimes.

)
Long story short, I give up on trying to name myself so I just use that
oooooold placeholder from that arcade.
