Today I finally got some fabric scissors so hopefully I can finally start sewing ! I’m planning to make a little tail out of some of that relatively cheap fur meant for teddy-bears.

that will be amazing,  bears have short ones too. Hopefully will be as long as the plush or suit body lenght.  It's how my fox tail lenght  is like.
I wish I knew how to make  plusheis or other custom made suits or accessories.
I never learned, I got into drawing until I almost lost all vision.  Can't even do drawings anymore.

I’m hoping to make a like a knee-length feline tail, never really been able to get the hang of sewing (not sure if I really will lol) so I’m trying to keep my expectations reasonable 

Real shame about your drawing, the pain of losing the ability to do something you love is a difficult one  . if you ever want and are able to get back into art you could try more physical mediums like sculpting or painting? though I suppose those are more about the process than end product

Jyo, my Espeon brother will at times let me pester his own feline tail as long as I'm gentle with it. He actually enjoys it.

Really hoped on getting back to drawing, but the doctor says that the eye vision loss is likely permanent, so will not get into drawing anymore.  I can't even see my own writing anymore.

Sorry I’ve not been active the last couple days (at least I don’t think I have..?) been busy with various things . Having to consider what I’m doing after I finish secondary school (school that spans 12-16 years olds) which , yeowch
But instead of doing important school things, I’ve decided to pass the time by trying to learn Russian  ! Today I learned the alphabet yippee!

That's alright, no worry, any visit is alright.
I remember too, when I was in high school, same ages.  I tried to learn French in school, didn't learned much.  I then tried to learn Japanese, aside from the writing script and about 200 or so Kanji, didn't learned much either.
I think I learned Russian a bit more but not enough to communicate from a friend.  Somehow was also able to learn and read Cyrillic too.  Able to also tell the difference between Russian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Serbian, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, and Mongolian.  As long as there was long sentences or the different Cyrillic letter is present  somewhere.   
Sadly, now I I can't even read them, and the Narrator doesn't read anything other than English.

All of my drawings are fan made drawings, mostly of my various sonas, so yes Pokemon related.  I also made a few non-Pokemon related arts.

I’m awful at differentiating different languages, everything sounds either French or Russian to me 
I’ve got a couple friends who are trying to learn Japanese and .wow, as an English speaker, it does not seem easy

I've been trying to learn Norwegian for awhile but I'm never motivated so i just know the very basics.
In the past i've tried learning Japanese, I memorized hiragana and katakana but as soon as i got to kanji everything left my body.

It was tough learning another language, especially if there is no one to help learn it, and not always engaging something related to the language either as in music, movies, shows, books, or speaking with others.
After I had graduated from school, didn't try to learn any other language, until around 2020 when I tried to learn Turkish.  I still know some basics, and how to read the alphabet as well.  Just before loosing the majority of my vision, I was trying to learn how to read Armenian, sadly didn't get the chance to learn it much. 

Thanks there, it was a drawing I made back in 2017, and really loved it, when I was still learning how to draw, why no shading on it.  I had just learned how to make transparent backgrounds on Paint Tool SAI.  I do miss drawing, there where so many drawings I had in mind.
Never got to the one I really wanted.  A friend I know on Deviant Art was going to help me with the background image as they taking the photo of the real life building, and I was going to use it as inspiration, and he had let me borrow 4 of his own Sonas to be included.  The background was going to be the Belfast City Hall.  Only got it started before my vision got so bad that I couldn't even see the pencil lines anymore.
