No, it was only visible for a few minutes, or less. But it turned out that, whatever the father figure and me saw, wasn't said satellite...
I'm convinced that it was
a satellite, and not an airplane, because of it's speed, missing con-trail, and only a very dim solid light, and no other navigation lights, but the satellite that was talked about moved from north to south, and not south to north.
And another reason why it was soo special, is that it orbited in such a way that it's solar panel reflected the sunlight down to the Netherlands every few seconds, as it passed by, wich would make an extremely bright flash in the sky.
Too bad we didn't see it...
