Entaru walked away from the burning hospital, lighting up a cigarette and carrying an unconcious female patient over his shoulder. The fire he had started had caused more damage than he had hoped. The scent of burning flesh filled his nostrils. It seemed that the fire had gotten to the closet that he had locked the orderlies into. He set his packed lunch lady on the ground as he turned toward the burning building.
He as he breathed in the smoke from the cigarette it came billowing out of his nose. There was no trachea and lungs for the smoke to penetrate. His mouth was only for show, his real mouth was somewhere in his hands. He simply liked the way the smoke felt against his flesh.
He looked at the burning building with delight as he saw parts of it crumble. However he knew that he couldn't stay to watch it collapse on its own.
"Lets speed this up." Entaru spoke to himself with a grin. His arm changed into a large bladed tentacle and swiped a burning support beam that had been creaking under the weight that had been placed on its weakening frame. The beam shattered with the impact and thanked Entaru by giving him the sight that he wanted. The break started a chain reaction throughout the building as one by one the other support beams snapped at an exponential rate. The building swayed once more before finally crashing down, crushing those who were still inside.
The smoke billowed past Entaru as it escaped the rubble. It felt good...no, better than good...it felt incredible. Smiling, he turned away from the wreckage and, picking up the still unconcious woman, walked non-chalantly down the street to savor his meal in an alleyway.
