Slappfisk = "limp fish" = A lazy person
Frisk som en fisk = "healthy as a fish" = Perfectly healthy (no flu, cold, broken limbs and so on)

Kwiebus = <No English translation> = Someone who did something really weird. Mostly said when the weird thing is funny but doesn't harm anyone (not even the one who did the weird thing).

Oh I've come across articles on this topic before and there were some very thought provoking ones.
One example I like is Komorebi which is like sunshine passing through the trees.
Also a little off topic but an interesting site I know of is a tumblr blog with completely made up words
