Ruari is correct! A tree!

Even when it falls, it stays straight (unless it breaks, but still). The wind whistles, and trees seem to dance with it. They "eat" sunlight; something you can only see. They move all the time; their leaves rustling and branches waving occasionally, but they never actually go anywhere.

 "I breathe what you cannot, and eat what you cannot touch, smell, taste, or hear." It made me think of photosynthesis so i knew it was a plant. "I move often, but never do" made me think tree.
