I would have to say the Sharingan. Even though the Byakugan is kol to. But deffenly the Sharingan

I would agree; if the Mangekyo Sharingan didn't turn you blind if you don't have another transplanted. Byakugan for me; especially considering it's users know Gentle Fist. All you have to do to end a fight fatally is tap them in the chest, and the Eight Trigrams: 64 Palms Jutsu is awesome.

That is true and the Byakugan is all so as you can see 360 degree makning a attack vertually impossible.

Not quite 360 degrees; there is a small spot where you are vulnerable. It is small enough to be able to funnel Chakra down to warn yourself though.

For attacks from the front, the Sharingan is better; heck you can PREDICT what your opponent is about to do... But even that didn't save Sasuke from Rock Lee in the first fight; as Rock Lee correctly pointed out, prediction is useless if you don't train your body enough to counter what you predict.

From any other angle or in crowded terrain, the 360 degree x-ray Chakra-Pathway-System-seeing Byakugan is miles better. Again; I point to the 8 Trigrams line of moves; particularly Rotation - the most epic defense Jutsu ever.

Tsukuyomi is cool though, and possibly the only reason I would EVER use the Mangekyo

Also, is it sad to be able to perform the hand seals for the Great Fireball Jutsu in under three seconds IRL?

No as i know few who can.. I been thinking of teaching my self to learn it. but have not come to that point yet.

I am personally thinking of learning the Chidori; but I'm not sure if that is too much Sasuke. Or, for that matter, if there is EVER enough Sasuke.
