I've done that for funzies. At work and school, it's rare for me to sleep longer than 5 hours. When I go home I get 8+.

that seems like an interesting way to sleep. Apparently (as long as they are perfectly scheduled) you can actually maintain a healthy lifestyle with only six 20 minute naps a day. that's a total of 2 hours sleep.

Sorry to jump down on this... but what about REM sleep? You can't enter it quickly enough in 20 I think...

It's not sleeping but works is putting in vary deep meditation sleep. The body gets the rest you need while being awake

When I'm up most of the night and have to go to school, I'm usually lucky enough to have time in one of my classes to just fall asleep for 10-20 minutes, and that's often enough to get me through the entire day.
