Simple. By applying the laws of quantum physics, I transformed all of the individual cubic lattices into microscopic humans who had no memory of anything or anyone. You now have people living in your shirt collar. But don't worry, it will only last a nanosecond before quantum mechanics shift them back into equilibrium.

Oh, the explanations work fine. Theoretically, you could spontaneously turn into an orange. Right now. While you're sitting/standing/lying there. And quantum physics would be able to explain exactly how it happened. However, due to the laws of quantum mechanics (and partially the physics portions), the change would be almost instantaneously reversed as your body would be rearranged into its normal state.
What can't I do?
Create an apple pie from scratch.

No worries. The highest science I take is Engineering Physics with basic calculus xD
I just happen to live in the nerdy honors dorm where we do nothing but study, play video games, and discuss honest-to-goodness workable plans on how to power the world forever with lasers. We got onto the subject of quantum physics last semester, and we had a huge discussion on the implications of all of those theories...
