He's getting a Visa gift card. I don't believe you need any kind of account to get one. You can buy them at regular stores.

You forgot your number...

And since you said you didn't have an account "Visa-wise", I thought you meant you didn't have a credit card account, not that you meant a PayPal account. If you don't have PayPal then I believe you're out of luck, since Tweak has said multiple times that PayPal is the only way donations can be given at the present time.
