I know what you mean, I was diagnosed with bi-polar after the accident.
I was susceptible to it beacause of genetics but it was really that incident that pushed it over the edge.

generally i'm always depressed since i refuse to take anti-depressants.... they make me feel worse since it feels like a fake happy >.<

i just usually have highs and lows.... but this year has pretty much been consistently low

I know what you mean by anti-depressants, I'm just not myself when I take them. :(

I think you should be able to make a comeback, these things have a way of sorting themselves out. :)

bad part is... my old psychologist had me making a chart of of my depression.... we could never really find a pattern of how my depression acted.... it seemed to be mostly random... :/

nope...he also believed i suffered from childhood depression...

i've lived with it for so long that i just don't care anymore... plus i've gotten pretty good at hiding it iol

Yeah, I always try to hide it in front of my friends at school.

And I avoid going on the internet when I slip into "Depression mode".

though ever since i stopped going to a psychologist i've kinda figured out more about my depression.... though there still are confusing areas
