I bought mine at a 5 N' Dime. You can buy them online also, and cheaper branded versions at places like Wal-Mart.
Sometimes a good 7/11 will have them up for sale.

$20 is pretty cheap for a real one... i've seen some as high as $500 and i've heard they get even higher
