My friend works there.  you get trained to skate and to do things with your arms.  chances of your fear actually happening are 10%. Trained they may be, they are still clumsy.  Oh and if they spill something, you get a new one of that something free of charge

well, you can do it with out skates.  I dunno if theres a paycheck difference but its still getting food to the consumer

and, I am not sure the replacement thing applies to tripping one of the food servers
