yea the blood splatter is a bit excessive, and now that you mention it everyone is almost indestructible. but later in the series people do die......just not alot......

I'm not very much into anime either. I used to watch Pokemon a lot, and I started watching Death Note. I got kind of uninterested in it after a while though.
