I just realized something, aren't Pokemon battles just like dog fights? Shouldn't they both be illegal?

What a great day indeed. its bright, sunny, and nice and there's a bear in my area.  A fully grown black bear.   :o
Or at least that is what I am told. 
Its a great day cuz my foxeh is returning from Maine  :D
Now I must debate if I should be concerned about the bear or not  :S
