I am a mod now, but I was a regular member until late 2011. So I used to count up instead of resetting it. Now my job is too easy.

Well one way is to click on the "Attachments and other options" button right below where you type your post and there will be a drop down menu where you can attach a file

Or you can hit the button of a picture (right above the emotes when you type a post) and paste the image url between the
