i have a rough draft some one started for me and never completed. im looking for some one willing to name a reasonable price to finish it though i will be kinda picky on details. it involves 2 military uniforms and Jack from dave hopkins comic. yes i have permission for his use. the background and foreground with one basic requirement are up to you though the uniforms and postioning i ask are on point. any one care to try it? i would also appreciate a poster size final piece. time limit is non existant and quality is definatley asked for since ill be displaying it.
