Mask and Kostil leave with Sicklo after she, with unusual silence, opens the portal and closes it when they both go through, leaving Chrono in 'Mother's realm.
He gets off the top of the throne and slides down to sit in it properly. With nobody around and all earthly desires satisfied, he starts to delve into his past. He soon starts reciting a poem he thought of before his death, that seems to be more of a question than a reflection...
'Why, why must I be the son of two, but child of none. All of my life, I gained many a title, from Destroyer to Savior to The Observer, but all of these hold only superficial meaning. My true name however, has form, has a history, has only one meaning... but it was lost with my lineage long ago. Do you, goddess of kindness, know who I am...no? Godess of Wrath....no as well? Then who, who knows the real definition behind my name, Chrono... why must I be the son of two, but child of none?'
The next time he said it, it was more of a prayer to the nearest god or godess.
