The Crystal Legacy

[Xleena]

Across the marketplace, Xleena spotted a young dragon waving at a young creature trying to steal gil.
'Its all the same here as everywhere...' the lioness sighed.
She looked down at he crystal as it glowed its usual amethyst colour, 'no important treasures here either.'
She looked towards the small party of three. 'they look like residents, i'll go ask where the next village is' she muttered to herself
(Xleena had a strange habit of talking to herself, due to the fact she was always travelling alone)

[Lumi]

"Oh hi Chrono! it's been a while, what's up?" he replied to Chrono and waved back at him
"That reminds me....here!" He pulled out a sword and gave it to Chrono "Someone well...umm.."lost" or should i say "Dropped" his Sword" he laughed.

[Chrono Blackwyng]

"Grimsy...what did I tell you, if you manage to 'find' something, don't give it away, sell it for a profit!" *smiles and pushes the 'gift' away* "I'm good enough with my claymore, but if you can get me a helmet or some armor, that would be appreciated" *looks around and spots a Lioness holding a crystal* "Grims, I'll be right back..."

[Xleena]

Xleena inspected the dragon drawing nearer to her, he was a lot larger than he had looked from far away. She tried to ignore this fact, and as he got closer enough to hear she blurted
'Hello good sir, may I inquire where the next town is?' as she slipped her crystal into her pocket.

[Chrono Blackwyng]

"The next town.....nope, but do know the road to the next town is, I was just about to head that way after me and my friends were finished here...by the way, where did you get that crystal?" *points at her pocket*

[Xleena]

Xleena put a protective hand over her pocket, 'and whos asking?'
Noticing the dragon's large claymore and worried for her own safety, she turned away sharply, and started to walk away hastily.

[Chrono Blackwyng]

*catches up to her and wraps his arms around her midsection* "I was just wondering, because my parents told me that I should start my own hoard, so I'm kinda good at picking up 'shiny' objects" *lets go* "I just want to know what kind of crystal it is, sorry if I seem suspicious"

[Xleena]

Xleena turned to face the young dragon and looked at him oddly.
'Its nothing really, I use it as a treasure hunting tool, probably nothing as interesting as you might imagine... Who are you anyway? And why are you so interested in my crystal?'

[Chrono Blackwyng]

"The second question, Dragons generally are attracted to 'shiny' objects such as money or gems, the first one, names Chrono, and you are?" *smiles*

[Xleena]

Despite herself, Xleena liked his attitude.
'Names Xleena, and I also enjoy shiny things.' *shakes paw with claw*
'You say that you're going on a journey? perhaps you can show me this town as your first adventure?'

[Chrono Blackwyng]

"Sure, don't see a reason to not let someone join, I just have to get my friends, and the person I came here for, then we'll be heading out..."

[Kindran Ornitier]

Just them Kindran walks up behind chrono, "Heya buddy what's up and who is your new friend?" he said offering his hand towards the newcomer. "And what's this I hear about 'shiny objects'? Grimsy hasn't bees 'finding' things again has he?"

[Chrono Blackwyng]

"Other than that sword I told him to sell, no, now I need to meet a monk and ask her to come with us before we move on to the next town, agreed?"

[Xleena]

'Take your time, i'll wait for you on the outskirts of town, I hate crowded areas...'
Xleena walked off towards the town gate. He seemed to act like he knew more to this crystal than he let on she thought,
maybe he also owns one, but thats pretty unusual, these are as rare as moonstones!

"what if i did "find" few things? its just extra money to me" he answered to what he overheard them talking
