darn try having to walk 5 km to fill up a bike tire not fun my feet are sore as and it decided to start raining half way back so my shirt is soaked

I can kinda relate to your situation Saph. a few months ago me amd my friend decided to ride our bikes to the store for some drinks. It was raining, cold, a lot of uphill riding, and 10 miles. (about 16 km). The pops were good though. We drank them in the rain though.
