lol thats how ingot into the military i read these tactic books and i went to a thing and there was a recruiter there and i signed up he said i already knew a bit by how i ordered my team lol its couse i read some books on tactical movement

My team just goes off on their own, even when I tell them to stay in small groups to cover each other. They get slaughtered every time.

So far, I'm the best out of my team, but that isn't much of a challenge.

never leave a man behind  use your best judgment in the fight if you see the enemy flanking left have the stronger players holding the left have the weaker side be in your right and if you are alone never engage an enemy that out skills or out numbers you be able to read the enemy movements and counter those movements take down the enemy slow  and in as few # as possible hide if they realize what you are doing don't move unless you have to don't fire unless fired apon it will reveal your position

I'm often armed with a sniper of marksman rifle, so I need to be precise or I'll have blown my chance. Because my team leader doesn't bother to assign me a squad mate I find myself surrounded a lot. I find myself using my sidearm more than my main gun. My team leader just leaves us to fend for ourselves. I'm often left to call out to others.

ah marksman ok find a concealed position don't sit in an obvious  sniper position  beware the skyline don't   give away your position until you know you will get the kill and after you get him move out of your position as fast as possible it is better for you to stay alone  don't even let your team know where you are

That's good advice. I'm considering getting a headset for each member of our team. That way we can communicate without shouting to each other. I tend to move frequently, because once I take a shot, they know where I am. Good practice? Or will that make things harder for me?

don't move positions to frequent you will give away your favriot positions to the enemy if possible only switch when you know for a fact that they are all past you
