I just held up a liquor store and made off with $3470. While I was inside waving my gun around at the clerk, some woman out in the street who thought she was Charles Bronson pulls out a piece and starts unloading bullets into the hood of my car then starts shooting through the windows and doors of the place to see if she could be a hero. The clerk gets shot in the neck halfway through loading up the cash and bleeds out on the floor. I had to load the rest while shooting back with my piece of **** pistol that Lamar gave me back at the airport. I ran out of ammo because I only bought 50 rounds and it was gone faster than I thought. She had me cornered. I was pretty sure I was going to die and she was probably going to take the cash I just stole.
Suddenly, a miracle occurs. A random good-guy drives up out of nowhere and shoots the lady with the gun out in the street in this epic drive-by emptying a clip from what looked like an Uzi. Instead of killing me too, he starts honking at me to get in the car with him.
The cops have been on their way since I drew my gun in the clerk's face. They're just pulling up on the scene now as I'm getting in. He speeds off and now we get into this car chase with every cop that was dispatched in the area. I gave him $168 for picking me up and because I'm cheap. Once we were off the freeway, his brains exploded all over the dashboard and windshield from a cop's bullet and the car veers off to the road into some ravine crashing into a tree and coming to a stop near the edge of a small river.
I didn't waste any time. I crawled out of the car and took off into the woods. I was beginning to think this was a lot of work for just under $3500 but I needed the cash to save for a cheap garage while I mostly live out of my car (which will need to be claimed for damages so I get a new one) but in hindsight, I don't really care if I die.
Because this is GTA Online...and it's amazing.
