Stand up straight, with a determined and angry look, walk toward him fastly (real word?), kind of push him back mentally, point to his chest, and say, "Listen buddy. Stop this or I'm leaving."

Don't just quit. Again, this guy's got the potential to seriously hurt someone. This needs to be reported.

well I dunno about that Jesse...he could pick me up with one hand x3

but..the other night... a friend of his fired a  full automatic paintball gun at him. with about 200 paint balls...he got his just desserts :P

that is not a solution, it's lowering to his level. it's something that should be reported, simple as that. a person like him can be dangerous.
thats my opinion anyways.
