ummm wow sorry for necro'ing my own story but ive decided i want to finish it ^^

aaaand to anyone that actually read this so far short little story, i apologise for the massive, couple month delay!

so lets continue shall we? and dont worry i wont use that awful method of conversations i did in the last installment. XD

The moment he saw the arrow leave the bow, golge knew he had failed, he darted forward to stop it but was forced to flee as the jungle burst into flame. as the flames spread throughout the trees, an excrutiating pain coursed through golges head, the spirits of the forest were angry with him, he had a task, and he failed that task, and because of that, the jungle would die. Withering from both the pain and the heat, golge turned around and fled the jungle, trying to get as far away from it as possible, so that the spirits would stop being angry...

Meanwhile at Abrams camp, most of the tents and supplies had been gathered up and they were preparing to set out. Abram gazed at the flames as leithe approached. "Sir, we are ready to move out at your command, but um, sir? do you think its dead? I mean...the creature?" she asked, her voice becoming more nervous by the second, "Not likely, but it has no jungle to guard now, its purpose has been nullified, it too shall wither and burn with the rest of this wretched land... tell the troops to move out... its a long walk to the capitol" he said, casting one more look of disgust at the burning jungle.

"golge, Golge, you have failed the jungle golge.....do you know what this means? hundreds of thousands of lives will be lost because of you, all of this is your fault Golge, do you understand?" Golge lay on the ground, his head buried in his hands when he heard something moving. lifting his hands he gazed in horror as the figure of a woman rose from the earth, her body made of mud and various insects. "Golge, your failure will have to be punished, you must take responsibility for the damage you have caused" the figure said in a horrifyingly soothing voice, golge stared at her like a child afraid of the dark. "stay still" the figure ordered and touched its hand to his forehead. it was as if a thousand lighting bolts had struck him at once, pain ran throughout his body and he was sure death would be near, but as soon as it had started, the pain stopped. the figure removed its hand and appeared to be in deep thought, "still you may still have a use, the spirits are talking golge, do you hear them? they call for vengeance golge, kill them....all of them, like they killed us golge, can you hear the cries of the spirits? of all the creatures that are dying because of you? yes you do,...don't you? but don't worry, avenge the jungle golge, and your job will be done..." and with that the figure sank back into the earth, leaving only the memory of her visit, fresh in golges mind.

so ummm ya thats that part XD..... again sorry for necroing the thread and stuff ^^

Whoosh, that was unexpected. Chilling, this story has now become.

I wonder who that lady was, and what she did to Golge? o.O
