Plenty, probably two that come to mind that were most fail. First, when I was young I almost killed myself by climbing over a spiked fence. Some kids locked me out of my apartment complex and I decided to hop the fence. They shook it, I fell and impaled myself, walked to my apartment with a hole in my chest and my parents freaked out. My dad ran many stop signs and lights to get me to the ER. Second, I never talked to the girl I thought "Was the one" in school.
