Depends on which emotion.  If it's anger than for me, no it's not bad because when I have an anger outburst I pretty much go into a state of rage, and dont stop until I get tired.

Oh yea.  Many times.  I had to once tell my friends to put me in a locker for 30 minutes, so I wouldn't beat the crap out of somebody.  'Course I resisted it when they tried because I REALLY WANTED TO BEAT THAT GUY UP!!
