<-- was given a knife by her bf/fiance cuz when she went camping this past summer (the camp was on a lake but in a small town, not the woods, thankfully), she had to drive a few minutes away from camp to get phone reception to call her bf/fiance each night before bed, and one time the battery died in the car or something so she had to walk back to camp in the dark by herself...thankfully, the worst thing that happened was just someone honking at her as they drove by and she was almost at the camp anyway...and her bf/fiance was very worried about her since she was talking on the phone with him as she walked (and she said she would until either the phone died or she lost her reception) and the phone died only a few minutes after she started walking.
